Many of them get stuck at this point, reaching a plateau within the £1M to £5M range and never getting further.  The reality is that what got you to £1M is not what will get you to £5M and beyond.

In fact, often, the golden rules that were the secret to success in achieving £1M are the very same things that prevent growth to that next big milestone. It could be the culture, the planning (or lack of it), the team members, or very often it’s the business owner or senior team. No business will ever perform better than its senior team.
